Privacy policy

Mynxa Academia keeps data collection to what is needed to run the school.

What we store

  • Account: email, optional display name, and your role (student or staff).
  • Learning: enrollments, lesson completions and membership status.
  • Orders: amount, currency, payment method, provider reference and status. We never store card numbers or wallet private keys.

Payment processors

Card payments are processed by Stripe and crypto payments by NOWPayments. Those providers receive the data needed to take the payment and process it under their own privacy policies. Their signed webhook notifications are what tell us a payment succeeded; we log those notifications so payments can be audited and reconciled.

Local storage

Your 18+ age confirmation and your login session are stored in your browser. No advertising or cross-site tracking scripts are used.

Access, export and deletion

Email us from your account address to request a copy of your data or deletion of your account. Order records are retained where accounting or tax rules require it.
